In this interview, we are talking to Jason Gow, the City of Powell River’s senior urban planner about a new bylaw related to urban farming.

The proposed bylaw would permit agricultural business in the city on parcels smaller than 1 acre in size, which is currently not permitted. We hear from Jason on why this change has been proposed, and what it will mean for urban farming.
